Otis Barefoot

Benson, NC:  Mr. Otis Wayne Barefoot, age 74, of 304 Chicopee Road died Friday, April 26, 2019 at his residence.  Funeral Services will be 3:00PM  Monday, April 29, 2019 at Beulah Baptist Church, Benson.  Revs. Steven Campbell, Michael Hall, and C.H. Lee will officiate.  Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens in Dunn.             Mr. Barefoot was born on November 28, 1944 in Johnston County to the late Nokelee and Mozelle Hudson Barefoot. He was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Scott Barefoot; and a brother, Levone Barefoot. Mr. Barefoot retired from residential construction and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church.                Surviving include his wife of 57 years, Brenda Allen Barefoot of Benson; children and spouses, Douglas Wayne Barefoot and wife, Iris, Dwight Lee Barefoot and wife, Cathy, and Camryn Elizabeth Barefoot all of Benson; six grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; sisters, Shirley B. Harris, Joyce Faye Allen, and Wanda Lee Best all of Benson; several nieces and nephews.             The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM, Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.             Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Beulah Baptist Church 3140 NC 242 Benson, NC 27504.             Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.roseandgraham.com
