Hilda Tart

Benson: Mrs. Hilda Parker Tart, age 75, of 4375 Godwin Lake Road died Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at her residence.  Graveside funeral service will be 11:00AM Friday, September 21, 2012, at Harnett Devotional Gardens in Dunn. Officiating will be Rev. Ronnie Hayes. Mrs. Tart was born in Johnston County on July 31, 1936 to the late George T. and Betty Johnson Parker.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Tart.  She worked at B & B Produce for over 20 years and was a member of Smyrna Original Free Will Baptist Church.   Surviving include Son, Larry Gerald Tart; Step-Mother, Belle Parker of Roseboro; Step-Sister, Judy Jackson of Roseboro; and several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 9:30AM to 10:30AM Friday, September 21, 2012, prior to the graveside service.
