Angier, NC: Mrs. Yohanna Martinez Deras, age 34, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Rex Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 1:00PM at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church of Fuquay-Varina. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Angier.

Yohanna was born on April 10, 1992 in Salvador to her late mother, Sonia del Carmen Hernandez. Yohanna was a loving homemaker for her family. She loved being a wife, mother and friend. Everyone who knew Yohanna will miss her loving spirit especially her family.

Survivors include her, husband, Juan Fortuno; children, Mariela Fortuno, Daniel Fortuno and Jefferson Portillo; as well as 10 brothers and sisters.

The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

The family will greet friends on Sunday at Juan and Yohanna home in Angier.
