William Lester "Bill" "Tinnie" Denning

Benson, NC: Mr. William Lester “Bill” “Tinnie” Denning, age 45, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023.  The family will receive friends from 10:45AM-11:45AM, Saturday, March 18, 2023 prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC. Graveside Funeral Services will be 12:00PM-Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson, NC.  Rev. Jerome Pope will officiate.

Tinnie was born on December 5, 1977 in Johnston County, NC.  He was preceded in death by his brother, William Everett Denning, Jr, and his grandparents, Otis Leslie Black, Melva Hudson Black, Carl C. Denning, Catherine Lexine Lucas, and Bobby Tom Lucas. Tinnie worked for AT&T in Raleigh, and also in the maintenance department at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab in Benson, NC.  He loved to fish, and repair small engines.

Survivors include his parents, William Everett “Billy” Denning, Sr. and Mary Lois Black Denning; also, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
