Travis Henry Norris

Lillington, NC:  Mr.  Travis Henry Norris, age 86, of T.F.I.J. Lane, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Harnett Health in Lillington, NC.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM-Monday, November 30, 2020 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats, NC.  Pastor Eddie White will officiate.            Mr. Norris was born on August 19, 1934 in Harnett County to the late Malcolm Henry and Cornnie Mae Upchurch Norris.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Ann Jackson and sisters, Lois Garner, Grace Watkins and Inez Stewart.  Mr. Norris retired from the North Carolina Department of Corrections as a correctional officer with 30 years of service and was also a US Army Veteran.             Surviving include his brother, Fleming Norris of Coats and several loving nieces and nephews.              The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.             In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
