Dunn, NC: Mr. Thomas “Louis” Stone, age 73, of Dunn passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at his residence. Arrangements are incomplete at this time but services will be announced soon.

Mr. Stone was born on June 2, 1953 in Harnett County to the late Thomas Layton and Doris Virginia Daniels Stone. He was a mechanic by trade but could do almost anything. He loved NASCAR, drag racing, and fishing. He was generous and loving and would help anyone in need. More than anything he loved his family, especially is grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Roberts; children, Louis Layton Stone, Andy Hall, and Dottie Grimes and husband, Keith; 6 grandchildren; brother, Graham Stone and wife, Mary; and many nieces and nephews.
