Thomas James Jordan

Mr. Thomas James Jordan., age 83, of 36 Beaver Creek Drive, passed away on September 28, 2021 at his home. Memorial Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Anderson Point Cottage at 20 Anderson Point Drive, Raleigh NC 27610.

Mr. Jordan was born on February 26, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pa. to his late parents Marie and Ed Mullen. He spent his childhood years in Cape May NJ. Mr. Jordan retired from the Johnston County School System.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine Jordan; daughter, Dawn Marie Childers and husband Michael; Grandchildren, Deaton Branham, Marie James Childers and Michael James Childers,III; Thomas was a father figure to his former son-in-law, David Shawn Branham; his niece, Chrissy Martin and his nephew, Shawn Klinker; his sisters, Dolly Rhoades, Theresa Rogers and Annie Mullen.

The family will receive friends after the memorial service.

In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Face coverings are not required, but are kindly recommended for all services.
