Sheila Cagle Jones

Benson, NC:  Mrs. Sheila Cagle Jones, age 74, of Hill Street passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at her residence. A Graveside Service will be held-10:30 AM Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be her brother, Neil Cagle. 

Mrs. Jones was born on January 15, 1950 in Harnett County to the late John Creech and Cecelia Farlow Cagle. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece, Joan Marie Cagle. She will be remembered as a loving sister, aunt, and friend. 

Surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, Neil and Amelia Cagle; niece, Amy L. Scannell and husband, Mark; nephew, John G. Cagle and wife, Clara; great nieces and nephews, Naomi, Kaela, Joshua, and Teresa; and several cousins and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
