Shearon Elaine Parrish Cobb

Raleigh, NC: Mrs. Shearon Elaine Parrish Cobb, age 75, of Spring Forest Road passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Wake Assisted Living in Raleigh. Funeral Services will be held-3:00 PM Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie White. Burial will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Angier.

Mrs. Cobb was born on April 18, 1950 in Johnston County to the late Raeford and Josephine Wood Parrish. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Gregory Cobb. Prior to retirement, she was a clerk with the State of North Carolina Department of Corrections. She loved to read, she made the best carrot cake for all occasions, and was a wonderful homemaker. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of almost 55 years, James Cobb; daughters, Angela Denmark and husband, Brooks and Jennifer White and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Jamie White, Emma White, and Phyllis Denmark.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
