Robert Wheeler

Benson, NC:  Mr. W. Robert Wheeler, age 71, of 121 Banner Heights Road died Thursday, September 22, 2011, at his residence. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Monday, September 26, 2011, at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Virgil Murphy and Rev. Jeffery Hayes. Mr. Wheeler was born December 21, 1939 in Johnston County to the late David Henry and Callie Smith Wheeler. He was also preceded in death by his first Wife, Brenda Kay Wood Wheeler, and Brothers, Joe Wheeler, Wilbur Wheeler, Stacy Wheeler, and Charles Wayne Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler had retired from the sheetrock business and later owned and operated the Wheeler Flag Car. He attended New Zealand Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. Mr. Wheeler is survived by his Wife, Carol Young Wheeler; Daughter & Son-In-Law, Sandra W. & Marty T. Parker of Four Oaks; Son & Daughter-In-Law, W. Randy & Nancy H. Wheeler of Wake Forest; Brothers, Otha Wheeler of Dunn and Billy Ray Wheeler of Angier; Sister, Hilda W. Dunn of Benson; Four Grandchildren, Brenna Kay Parker, Richard Scott Wheeler, Nathan Robert Wheeler, and Hanna Faye Parker; and One Great Grandson, Parker Ray Stanley. Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson 6:00PM to 8:00PM Sunday, September 25, 2011. Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to New Zealand PFWB Church, P. O.
