Four Oaks, NC: Ms. Peggy Wiggs Baker, age 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026 surrounded by family. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM-Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Private burial to follow. Rev. Johnathan Cook will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 21 from 10:00AM to 10:45AM.

Ms. Peggy was born on August 21, 1943, in Johnston County, NC, to the late James Vernon Wiggs and Anna Elizabeth Godwin Wiggs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Baker; sons, Charlie, Steve and Buddy; sisters, Vernell and Elsie; brothers, Buck, Jeff and Bobby. Peggy lived her life to the fullest. Peggy loved her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Adams and Norma Temple; grandchildren, Stephen Adams, Dani Snead and husband, Chad, Kyle Adams and wife, Katie, Megan Baker and Anna Justice and husband, Ashley; great grandchildren, Nic, Averi Elizabeth, Jasper, Stevie Grace, Harrison, Aubrey, and Autumn; brother, Charles Wiggs; sisters, Mary Pleasants and Joyce Georgi.

The family would like to express their appreciation for all the love and care that the staff from Liberty Commons showed Ms. Peggy during her stay there.
