Peggy Tart McLamb

Dunn, NC: Mrs. Peggy Tart McLamb, age 75, of Godwin Lake Road passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at her daughter’s residence in Willow Spring surrounded by her loving family.  Funeral Services will be 2:00PM Friday, December 1, 2023 at the New Life Pentecostal Church in Benson.  Burial will follow in the Young Family Cemetery, Benson, NC. Rev. Randy Lucas will officiate.

Mrs. McLamb was born on February 24, 1948 in Harnett County, NC to the late Rassie D. and Lola Jernigan Tart. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Kirby Tart, Corby Tart, and Danny Tart. Mrs. McLamb was a homemaker and retired from Sylvania.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Wilton Ray McLamb; daughter, Shannon Crowell and husband, Cory of Willow Spring; grandchildren, Delos, Payton, Collin, and Jude Crowell; brothers, J. M. Tart of Dunn, Randy Tart and wife, Wanda of Dunn; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.
