Myrtle Blake

Coats, NC: Mrs. Myrtle Rose Jernigan Blake, age 72, of 92 Marlin Lane died Friday at her residence. Services will be held by the family at a later date.             Mrs. Blake was born December 24, 1946 in Johnston County to the late Jasper Calvin and Lila Rose Temple Jernigan.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ray Blake. Mrs. Blake was a homemaker.             Survivors are sons and daughter-in-law, Sandy and Candy Blake of Lucama, Jerry Dean Blake of Ohio, and Johnny Blake and wife, Melissa of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren; one great grandson; and siblings, Kathy Padgett, Johnny Jernigan, Tommy Jernigan and J.C.
