Marybeth Renee Johnson

Clinton, NC: Ms. Marybeth Renee Johnson (TwigGy Yo) , age 39, of Parker Memorial Road, passed away on February 5, 2023. Funeral Services will be held-2:00 PM Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Angier, NC. Officiating will be Rev. William Winford. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  

Ms. Johnson was born on July 17, 1983 in Wake County to the late Franklin L. Johnson, Jr. and to Nadine Russell Harp. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Timmy Ray Jones. Ms. Johnson was a stay-at-home mother. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Surviving includes her son, Dais Perkinson; daughters, Alyssa Klingele and Annabelle Byrd; mother and step-father, Nadine and Dan Harp; sister, Nina Hunt and husband, Anthony; grandmother, Frieda Johnson; step-brother, Ian Harp; step-sister, Amy Davis; and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
