Four Oaks: Mrs. Margaret Price Lee, age 97, of Hummingbird Road died Sunday, May 31, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, June 4, 2026 in the Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery. Rev. Joe Brown will officiate.

Mrs. Lee was born February 19, 1929 in Johnston County to the late Walter and Tempie Allen Price. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Leon Lee and her brother, Billy Price. Mrs. Lee was the owner and operator of Margaret’s Beauty Shop and also was one of the beauticians for Rose & Graham Funeral Home for many years. Mrs. Lee was raised and lived out her final years on her family farm and enjoyed fishing and cooking what she caught for her family and friends. She received her driver’s license at the age of 16 while driving on the school bus she drove for Johnston County. Mrs. Lee was a member of Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church where she was an active member of the WHFM. She loved to quilt and made sure all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren received a quilt.

Surviving is her children & spouse, Margaret Ann Dean of Benson and Robert Earl & Carolyn Lee of Four Oaks; grandsons, Michael Lee and David Lee and wife, Melissa; granddaughter, Sandra DeAnn Tyndall and husband, Jonathan; and great grandchildren, Jessica LeAnn Tyndall and Shawn, Connor Lee Tyndall and wife, Aaliyah, Sarah Elizabeth Tuttle and husband, Riley, Kayla Lynn Lee, Andrew David Lee, and Anna Grace Lee; great-great-grandson, Elias Tuttle; sister, Willa Creech; and several nieces and nephews.
