Lucy Yvonne Parrish

Benson, NC: Miss. Lucy Yvonne Parrish, age 56 passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at The Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Saturday, May 3, 2025 in the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 10:45AM on Saturday, May 3, 2025 prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Burial will follow in the McLamb Family Cemetery in Benson.

Lucy was born on June 2, 1968 in Florida and lived in Benson for the majority of her life. She was preceded in death by her father, Levon Parrish. Lucy was loved by all who met her and she never met a stranger. She was a devoted daughter and companion to her mother, Pearlean, who she loved dearly. Lucy enjoyed listening to gospel and country music especially, Alan Jackson.

Surviving are her mother, Pearlean Parrish of Benson; her loving sister, Rosemary Flores; nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to The Valley Hospice House, 2431 Legion Road, Fayetteville, NC.
