Benson, NC: Mrs. Linda Sue Norris, age 77, of S. Dunn St. passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Funeral Services will be held-2:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2026 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Burial will follow in Benson City Cemetery in Benson.

Mrs. Norris was born on August 30, 1948 in Harnett County to the late John D. and Lessie Francis Norris. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton “Clip” Earl Norris, brother, Jerry Lee Norris, and sister-in-law, Lucy Norris. Prior to retirement, she was a welder at Powell Manufacturing and a lifelong farmer. Mrs. Norris was a sweet soul that would help anyone in need, she loved working in her yards and tending to her flowers, loved to play Rook, and shop. She loved animals, especially her granddogs, Skippy and Butter. Her family was the most important part of her life, she loved her daughters and grandchildren dearly and she is now reunited with the love of her life, her beloved husband, “Clip”.

Survivors include her daughters, Tracy Moore and husband, Scott and Kimberly Norris Oliver and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Kaci Dee Massengill Smith and husband, Brian and Cali Pacinelli and partner, Aubrey Ramsoomye; great grandson, Cayden Smith; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
