Kenneth Edward Godwin

Clayton, NC:  Mr. Kenneth Edward Godwin, age 61, of Forty Niners Road died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his residence. The family will be holding a private graveside service. A Celebration of Life Service will be held by the family at a later date.             Mr. Godwin was born May 2, 1958 in Durham County to the late Stacy Wade and Lolita Eason Godwin. He was a D. J., videographer, and a jack of all trades. Mr. Godwin was full of life and loved his animals like they were his own children, especially, Sullie.             Surviving include his wife of  29 years, Joyce A. Godwin; sister, Jennifer Eason Ferrell of Stedman, NC; brother-in-law, Michael Asenbauer of Fuquay-Varina; sister-in-law, Carol Hunkins of Knightdale; father-in-law, Robert L. Asenbauer of Raleigh; sister-in-law, Barbara Heller of Everett, Washington; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; several nieces and nephews.             Due to the current health concerns the family understands you are not able to join them for the graveside service.
