Karen was born April 26, 1959 in Harnett County to the late Tommy Pope and Helen Norris. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles Norris.
Surviving includes her husband of 46 years, Danny Ferguson; sons Mitchell Ferguson and wife Brooke, Jonathon Ferguson and wife Ashley, daughter Heather Baumhauer and husband Ian. She also leaves behind stepmother Lida Pope; siblings Randy Pope and wife Bonnie, Shelia Aldridge and husband John. Grandchildren: Emmalyn Ferguson, Madelyn Ferguson, Lochlan Ferguson, Jace Baumhauer, Gage Baumhauer, and Lillian Ferguson.
Karen spent her life helping others and we hope others will be inspired by her example.
