Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. We did not know Mr. Powell personally but we know Randy as he is our neighbor at Crystal Beach and a good friend of our son, Glenn. We know he will be greatly missed as the messages from the tribute wall reflects the type of man he was. A gentle man, man of God, good family man, and just a good person to everyone who knew him. We wished we had known him. We know that Randy and his family are proud of their father. Remember the good times and this will help you heal.

Mr. Powell was such a sweet man with a heart of gold. He would randomly visit just because he came to town and wanted to see if Keith was here. It was always a pleasure to see him. I looked at him like he was my grandpa when stopped by. I will truly miss him. May God comfort you all during this time of mourning.
