Oh Maryanne and girls! I'm just now reading this! Bobbys sister Gail told us about Joe Davids passing. We are soooo sorry. He was a blessing to my Daddy & Mommy as you were. He was a man of God and loved his Lord and his family dearly. Annette & Janette, you were blessed to have a dad like Joe. I know your hearts are still broken. I love all of you and am still praying for you even now. God bless you.

Mary Ann, Annette, Jeanette and family,
My heart is sad for the loss of Joe David. He was my lifetime friend. We made many cherished childhood memories together —— hunting, fishing, gigging frogs (Miss Flossie fried some good frog legs), cutting trees ( & my leg)) with a chain saw, working together on the farm, going to church and and some things that got us "in trouble". When Joe got his driver license our interest shifted to "cruising" Main Street Benson looking for girls. I was especially blessed to renew that friendship when I retired and again lived next door and attended Pauline Baptist Church. Joe David was one of my best and most cherished friends and I loved him as a brother. I sure am going to miss him.
