Jeffrey Thomas Adams

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Jeffrey Thomas Adams, age 55, of Keen Road passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. A Celebration of Life Service will be held-5:00 PM Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Beulah Hill Christian Church in Four Oaks.

Mr. Adams was born on August 5, 1969 in Wake County to the late Thomas Michael and Alice Marcelee Barber Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jeffrey Thomas Adams, also known as Jeff to many, was a caring, hardworking, and humble man. He loved his community, and he enjoyed coaching his children and many other children in recreational sports. Some hobbies that he enjoyed were weed eating, playing cards, collecting Hot Wheels, arrowheads, baseball cards, and Pokémon cards.

Jeffrey was one of a kind in his willingness to help out anyone who was in need. From fixing a leak, yard work, or just carrying someone down the road. He was very loyal to his friends and was always someone you could count on for anything at any time. He was a man of few words to most, but if you were lucky enough to ever have a conversation with him, you would never forget it.

He was also a member of Beulah Hill Christian Church and spent many hours cleaning and maintaining the church.

Jeffrey’s pride and joy were his three children: Gage, Neleh, and Canaan. He spent countless hours in gymnasiums, auditoriums, and on sidelines watching and supporting his children. There was nothing he would rather do than to be there for his children and he was every step of the way. He taught his children the importance of hard work, kindness, and humility.

Survivors include his children, Gage Adams and fiancé, Melodi York, Neleh Adams and boyfriend, Jackson Holder, and Canaan Adams; sister, Cindy Barber; niece, Malinda Gowin; best friends, Bo and Wendy Baker; and many other cousins and friends.
