Jason Edward Johnson

Sanford, NC: Mr. Jason Edward Johnson, age 19, of 49 Farrell Rd passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Royalty Care in Greensboro. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Floyd Knight School in Sanford, NC.

Jason was born on June 12, 2004, in Lee County, NC to Erica Marie Johnson Stone. He was preceded in death by his maternal Nana, Judy Capps Hanks who he loved deeply and lived with.

Survivors include his sisters, Emily Lee Stone and Angel Marie Stone both of Sanford; Aunt, Crystal Gooding and husband, Mark of Sanford; uncle, Michael Anthony Johnson, Jr. of Lillington; maternal grandfather, Michael Anthony Johnson of Sanford; a great aunt, Nancy Johnson of Broadway; several great aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Heather Michelle Godfrey of Sanford, Wendy Godfrey-Almarode of Cameron and Debbie Wilson of Sanford.

The family will receive friends and family at Crystal Gooding’s 49 Farrell Rd Sanford NC 27330 following the service.
