James "Jimmy" Gregory

Lillington, NC: Mr. James “Jimmy” Stewart Gregory, age 58, of 270 Sherriff Johnson Road died Saturday at Hospice of Wake County in Raleigh. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday at Pleasant Memory Baptist Church, Coats. Officiating will be Rev. Stancil Baucom. Burial will follow at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Gregory was born November 24, 1952 in Harnett County to Ramona Stewart Gregory West of Lillington and the late Jessie Martin Gregory. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Susan Gregory. Mr. Gregory was a member of Pleasant Memory Baptist Church and was a self-employed contractor for the satellite service industry. Surviving in addition to his Mother, are his Wife, Dawn Sparks Gregory; Sons & Daughter-in-Law, James Stewart Gregory, II of Benson, John Ross Gregory of Benson, and Jones Colton & Heather Gregory of Lillington; Step-Father, Arthur West of Lillington; Sister & Brother-In-Law, Dawn & Pat Doan of Lillington; Two Grandsons, Tyler Lusk & Carey Gregory; Three Step-Children, April Huff, Virginia Reid, & Tyler Williams; & Four Step-Grandchildren, Jace Cranford, Jaydon Reid, Trinity Reid, and Jordan Reid. Family will receive friends 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats.
