Hazel Grey Lee McCabe

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Hazel Grey Lee McCabe, age 92, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC with her loving family by her side. Graveside Services will be 3:00PM-Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens, Smithfield, NC. Rev. Bob Copeland will officiate.

Mrs. McCabe was born in Johnston County, NC to the late William Ernest and Irene Lassiter Lee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Junior McCabe and a sister, Maebelle Lee Smyth. Mrs. McCabe was a retired farmer and homemaker. She was a member of Hickory Grove Advent Christian Church, Four Oaks, NC.

Surviving include her children, Claude Ernest McCabe and wife, Barbara, and Susan Dunn all of Four Oaks, NC; grandchildren, Tiffany McCabe Wilson and husband, Michael, Dana McCabe, Tommie Dunn and wife, Alisha; great-grandchildren, Karlee Williams, Jax Williams and Skylar Dunn; many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McCabe will be available for viewing, and you may sign the register book from 9:00AM-1:30PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC.

Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to the SECU Hospice House PO Box 1376, Smithfield, NC 27577.

In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Face coverings are not required, but are kindly recommended for all services.
