Elizabeth Ann Tart Moore

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Tart Moore, age 76, of Weeks Road, died Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, NC. Graveside Funeral Service will be held 3:00PM-Saturday February 12, 2022 at McLamb Family Cemetery in Benson, NC. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie White.

Mrs. Moore was born in Harnett County on August 23, 1945 to the late William Anderson and Lettie Kathryn Lee Tart. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Moore; sister, Gertie Tart Moore; and brother William “Bill” Casper Tart. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

 Surviving are her children, Joann Lewis of Dunn and James Earl Moore and wife, Pam of South Carolina; grandchildren, Lynden, Levi, Susan, Courtney and Emily; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends 1:30PM to 2:30PM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.   

Flowers are welcomed.

In accordance with the NC COVID 19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines. Masks are not required for all services but kindly recommended.
