Four Oaks, NC: Dorothy Eunice Beasley, born on April 7, 1933, in Johnston County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on December 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy's life was marked by her dedication to her career, her love for her family, and her unwavering commitment to her community.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 1:45PM on Monday, December 29, prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 29 at 2:00PM at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. The Rev. Jeffrey Scholar will be officiating. Burial will follow at Blackman's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks.

For 25 years, she served as a supervisor at Sears until her retirement. Following that significant milestone, Dorothy showcased her entrepreneurial spirit by opening a dress shop named Dress Selections in Garner, where she shared her passion for fashion with her community for the next seven and a half years. Additionally, she and her husband, Eustace Beasley, operated Beasley's Strawberry Farm for 18 years, nurturing both the land and their family's legacy with great care.

Dorothy's involvement in her community extended beyond her business ventures. She was a charter member of Aversboro Road Baptist Church, where she devoted herself to several committees, further exemplifying her commitment to service and her faith.

Dorothy received her education from the class of 1952 in Four Oaks as well as Barton College where she studied business, which she remembered fondly throughout her life. Those who had the privilege of knowing her often marveled at her love for animals, a testament to her compassionate spirit.

She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Wilson and her partner, Vince Hall, and Deborah Beasley Myatt; her grandchildren, April Phillips and husband, Sterling, Justin Wilson, Jonathan Myatt and wife, Heather, and Benjamin Myatt and wife, Candice; as well as five great-grandchildren who brought joy to her later years.

Mrs. Beasley was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Barbour and Pauline Lassiter Barbour; her father, Andrew Sherrill; and her beloved husband, Eustace Beasley.

The family would to thank 3HC Hospice for the care they gave Dorothy, and we would  like to recognize the many caregivers that have been by Dorothy's side over the past 10 years. The love and kindness you showed especially during her end of life transition will never be forgotten. You have become family to us.

Dorothy Eunice Beasley will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched throughout her remarkable journey.
