IFort Worth, Texas, formerly of Clayton, NC: Mr. Donald Wayne Moore, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at his residence. Memorial Graveside Services will be held 10:00AM, Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at The Eastern State Veterans Cemetery 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC 27534, with military honors.

Mr. Moore was born on June 5, 1953 in Johnston County, NC, to the late Robert Thomas Moore and Lilly Pearl Tart Moore Spence. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-father, Ray Spence. Mr. Moore was a US Army Veteran, and was a Truck Driver. He enjoyed driving trucks, hunting, and playing pool.

Survivors include his children, Becky Shearer and husband, John, Randy Moore and wife, Marilyn, and Michael Moore and wife, Melanie; grandchildren, C.J., Blake and wife, Holly, Colby, Hunter and wife, Cary, Garrett and wife, Kaden, Bayleigh and husband, Anderson, and Kylie; great-grandchildren, Andie Jo, and Parker Kate; siblings, Tilley Green, Susan Auton and husband, Jerry, and Jimmy Spence; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends following the service.
