Lillington, NC: Mr. Didier Cruchon, age 66, passed away on December 17, 2025 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00PM-Friday, January 16, 2025 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC.

Mr. Cruchon was born on February 9, 1959 in France to the late Pierre Cruchon and Suzanne Cruchon. He was preceded in death by several siblings. He was a retired chef, and was also a contractor in the construction industry. Mr. Cruchon also served in the French Army. He was an avid gardener, fisherman, and also cooked for many celebrities and a couple of presidents.

Survivors include his son, Val Cruchon and husband, Kevin Marcum.
