Benson, NC: Mr. Dennis Ray McLamb, age 71 of Bailey’s Crossroads Road passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice House in Goldsboro. Graveside Services will be held 11:00AM- Monday, February 15, 2021 at Harnett Devotional Gardens in Dunn. Mr. McLamb was born on March 1, 1949 in Harnett County to the late R. A. “Joe” and Hazel Pope McLamb. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe McLamb, Jr. and Bobby McLamb. Mr. McLamb was a US Marine veteran serving in Vietnam and worked in food service with Dorothea Dix Hospital. He is survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins. In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
