Benson, NC: Mr. Danny Lee Raynor, age 76, passed away on, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at his residence. The family will receive friends from 1:30PM-2:45PM, Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC. A Graveside Service will follow at 3:00PM, at Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Benson, NC. Rev. Jerome Pope will officiate.

Mr. Raynor was born on May 3, 1950 in Harnett County, NC, to the late Larry O. Raynor and Doris Hudson Warren. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Frieda Pope Raynor, and his sister, Glenda Allen. He was a US Army Veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict. Mr. Raynor was a retired farmer, and also owned and operated Raynor Hauling, LLC. He loved to hunt and fish; however, his greatest joy was his family, especially his grandson, “The Boy”.

Survivors include his daughter, Amber Denise Raynor; grandson, Daniel Anthony Morris; brother, Billy Raynor and wife, Ashley; sister, Patricia McLeod and husband, Randy; sister-in-law, Cindy Johnson; special nephew, Patrick Johnson; several other nieces and nephews; special friend, Billy Tyner.
