Dunn, NC: Mr. Claude Randall “Randy” Jones, age 76, of Jumping Run Road passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at his home surrounded by his loving family. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Sunday, June 14, 2026 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Price. The burial will follow in Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery in Benson.

Randy was born on July 12, 1949 in Johnston County, NC, to the late Alton B. and Helen Beasley Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Micheal Todd Johnson. Randy owned and operated a trucking company for 18 years and then opened Randy’s Country Store in 2008. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed traveling to the outer banks.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Maxine Jones; daughter, Patty Hall and husband, Ricky; grandchildren, Chris Barefoot, Daniel Barefoot and wife, Celebrity, Lindsay Robbins and husband, Gregory; great-grandchildren, Christopher Barefoot, Ryan Barefoot, Cameron Barefoot, Caitlyn Barefoot, Randy Barefoot; great-great-grandchildren, Remi, Jonah, and Josline; step-father, Donnie Johnson; sister, Linda Stephenson and husband, J.A.; brother, Scott Johnson and wife, Sonya; many nieces and nephews.
