Billy Ray Stanley

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Billy Stanley, age 63, of Adam Road passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health in Clayton. A Graveside Services will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield. Rev. David Brantley will officiate.           Mr. Stanley was born on March 1, 1957 in Wayne County to the late William “Bill” and Eula Mae Baker Stanley. He was preceded in death by his sister, Debra Stanley. Mr. Stanley retired from the Department of Transportation as a motor grader operator.           Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Theresa L. Stanley of Four Oaks; children, Denise Raynor and husband, Tim of Four Oaks, Keven Norris and wife, Jill of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Kristina Raynor, Lizzie Raynor, Cody Norris, Colton Norris, McKenize Alvarado and husband, Austen, Jennifer Norris; great-grandchildren, Caleb Murray and Layla Murray; brother-in-law, Lonnie "PeeWee" Stanley of Four Oaks; several nieces and nephews.           Mr. Stanley will be available for viewing and you may sign the register book from 2:00PM to 6:00PM on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Family will not be present during this time. In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services.
