Benson, NC: Mrs. Annie Beasley Darden, age 72, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends from 1:45PM-2:45PM-Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC. The Funeral Service will follow at 3:00PM in the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Billy Nowell will officiate. Burial will follow in Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Benson, NC.

Mrs. Darden was born on February 9, 1953 in Durham County, NC, to the late James Avery and Mary Lou Reaves Cook. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Dale Beasley and several brothers and a sister. Mrs. Darden retired from the Johnston County Social Services Department in Smithfield, NC, and was a homemaker. She loved pocketbooks, jewelry, and making crafts. She attended Smyrna Original Free Will Baptist Church, Benson, NC.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald Thomas Darden, Sr.; son, Anthony Beasley and wife, April; grandchildren, Parker Dale Beasley and fiancée McKenly Thompson, and Samantha Beasley Langdon and husband, Paul; sister, Marie Tart; special dog, Jake; step-children, Gerald Thomas Darden, Jr., and Kimberly Darden Cox; three step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
