Sheila Ann R. Allen

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Sheila Ann Royal Allen, age 66, of Elevation Road passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Barbour's Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Della Grace Hargis.

Ann was born on May 24, 1955 in Johnston County to the late Coleman and Addie Pearl Jernigan Royal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Derry Elbert Allen, a sister, Alice Turnage and a brother, J. M. Royal. She retired after 39 years from North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance in Smithfield and was a member of the Four Oaks Advent Christian Church.

Surviving are her children, Crystal A. Johnson and husband, Michael of Four Oaks, Anthony Allen and wife, Ellen of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Ashton June "A.J." Allen, Anna Frances Johnson, Thomas Exum "T.J." Johnson, Willow Elizabeth Allen; sister, Linda Pope of Dunn; several nieces and nephews.

Ann will be available for viewing, and you may sign the register book on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 11:00AM-7:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC. The family will not be present during this time.

The Allen Family would like to extended their deepest appreciation for all of Ann’s Family and friends for their loving care during her sickness.

In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Face coverings are not required, but are kindly recommended for all services.
