Alice Lou Jackson Roberts

Coats, NC: Mrs. Alice Lou Jackson Roberts, age 84, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Harnett Woods Nursing and Rehab in Erwin, NC. Graveside Funeral Services 11:00AM-Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Coats City Cemetery in Coats, NC. Pastors Chuck Jones and Jimmy Newkirk will officiate.

Mrs. Roberts was born on November 5, 1937 in Harnett County, NC to the late George Arthur and Mallie Adams Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry B. Roberts and son-in-law, Rodger Beasley. Mrs. Roberts was a 5th and 6th grade teacher, retiring after 35 years of service with Coats School. She was a member of Coats Baptist Church in Coats, NC.

Surviving include her daughters, Alice Anne Roberts and Harriett Roberts Beasley; grandchildren, Tyler Beasley and Hunter Beasley; sister-in-law, Shearon Roberts.

The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM, Monday, January 10, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats, NC.
