Angier, NC: Mrs. Frances McCabe Langdon, age 77, of NC Hwy 50 North died Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Graveside Memorial Service will be 11:00AM Friday, April 2, 2021, at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson handled by her family and friends. Officiating will be Rev. Wesley Taylor. Mrs. Langdon was born December 14, 1943 in Johnston County to the late William and Eunice Price McCabe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Mack Langdon. Mrs. Langdon worked at Fieldcrest in Smithfield and farmed. She was member of St. Mary’s Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church. Surviving are many family and friends. In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church, c/o Diane Johnson, 3053 Federal Road, Benson, NC 27504. In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services.
